DC3C is currently seeking eager and motivated volunteers for Spring Break 2019! Our 4th annual DC3C Spring Break program is closing the employment gap for people with disabilities through a weeklong job-readiness program focused on professionalism and interview skills for high school students.

Volunteers are a HUGE part of our students’ continued success! 40 students from across DC Charters will join us for a weeklong job-readiness “bootcamp” focused on refining the skills necessary to obtain employment.  Held during the week of April 15-19, from 9am until 2:30pm, all the volunteer activities will occur on George Washington University’s campus and are Metro-accessible (Foggy Bottom-GWU Station.)

For this year’s program, there are numerous volunteer opportunities available including but not limited to: general event support, one-on-one resume support, mock interviewing, networking hours, and reverse job fair interviewers.

Sign up to volunteer today and  make a real difference in the life of a student with disability!  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Dr. Rebecca Foster at rfoster@specialedcoop.org
